Since 1993 I have practiced in courts throughout Texas, with a focus on family law cases such as divorce, child custody, child support, and adoption. I am a former Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division having served Bexar County and surrounding counties, and a former Committee Counsel with the Texas House of Representatives. My office is in San Antonio across from the Bexar County Courthouse at 301 South Main, and I practice primarily in Bexar County, serving Atascosa County, Caldwell County, Comal County, Gonzales County, Guadalupe County, Hays County, Kendall County, Medina County and Wilson County as well.

I am experienced in resolving all types of family law cases through trial, mediation, and settlement, and have also received training in collaborative law. I have handled thousands of cases ranging from bench trials in municipal and Justice of the Peace courts, to jury trials in County and District Courts, to appellate briefs and oral argument before the Courts of Appeals. I attempt to understand each client’s unique situation and investigate each case thoroughly in an attempt to obtain the best result possible.
